DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Carman is about 25 miles north of Winkler
My suggested route is heading north on ND #18 to Cavalier or I-29 to Cavalier exit and go west on #5 (#32) until #32 turns north to Walhalla.
After the border crossing continue north on MB#32 to Winkler. Turn west on MB#14/#3 and head west.
MB#3 turns north approx. 3 miles past Winkler. Carman is about 22 miles up the road.
Gretna is just across the border from Neche, ND.
Return to Winkler and continue east on MB#14 for approx. 28 miles. Turn south to Altoona and keep going until Gretna.
Remember, ND highways are 65 mph speed limit (I-29 is 75 mph) and mostly good condition.
Manitoba highways are 55-60 mph speed limits and NOT friendly to your truck & trailer. Use ND roads!
